Description:
Rehabilitation centre. L’Ancrage therapy program
* Duration of 4 to 6 months.
* First 21 days closed, then gradual discharge.
* Assessment, guidance and therapeutic support.
* Accommodation: single room, meals, TV room, laundry room cafeteria, etc.
* Group activities and support groups (AA, NA, CA).
* Individual meetings with follow-up. Le Delta social reintegration program
* Duration of 3 to 18 months.
* Flexible schedule of activities aimed at social reintegration.
* Twinning with peer helpers.
* Accommodation: single room, meals, TV room, laundry room cafeteria, etc.
* Group educational activities: learning to cook, manage and respect a budget, create a social network and participate in healthy activities, local resources, return to school, etc.
* Support in developing an intervention plan: getting back into the job market, re-establishing links with loved ones, finding accommodation, etc.
* Individual meetings with follow-up.
